I wrote an article for Hecklerspray about how an independent Scotland would kick ass at Eurovision.
(Also if you want to re-live Saturday’s Eurovision experience, we live blogged it here.)
This week on 12 Books in 12 Months I chat to The Rogue Verbumancer about characters I’ve loved and lost.
And here’s my weekly Ten Tracks post, featuring details of upcoming Roofraiser gigs.

Guest post for Mslexia on finding your voice as an author
I helped out with live coverage of election night for The Edinburgh Reporter (manning the twitter, taking photos and uploading results posts) which extended from 8.30pm on election night until 4pm the following day.
I did a post on my personal blog about advice I’ve received on freelance journalism which blatantly belongs here, I have just realised. Perhaps I’ll post it here later.

Unfortunately I can’t go, but I’m sure it’ll be a good night.
